Prepegs

Patz Materials and Technologies (PMT) has the capability to produce fabric prepregs and films up to 60” in width and unidirectional tapes up to 12” in width. PMT utilizes epoxy, cyanate ester, BMI, polyimide, urethane and acrylic chemistries to formulate and produce matrixes for the prepreg systems. PMT has the expertise to formulate a matrix system to fit specific applications.

PMT works closely with the end users, such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, etc., to develop polymer/prepreg systems for their specific needs.

PMT works closely with material manufacturers, such as Dow, Honeywell, 3M, etc., to help transition their new material technologies into prepreg products that can be evaluated in Aerospace, Commercial and Industrial Markets.
